Vestera was launched in Q1 of 2026. But that doesn't mean that's the beginning of our story. Partners John OReilly and Ryan Pudik were founders and owners of LandCo - a land brokerage in Illinois with over $250,000,000 in land sales. In 2025, we sold LandCo to Farmland Stock Exchange - primarily because that meant we got to collaborate with FarmLand Stock Exchange owners Brian Kearney and Marc Hartness - like-minded partners with the awareness that the land investing industry needed innovation. A continuous market analysis and never ending conversarions revealed that there was a clear need for a new approach to land investing - and Vestera was born.
Ryan and John have been working with land investors for over 20 years - finding value in the land market and meeting investment objectives through countless strategies. Brian and Marc have in-depth industry knowledge on a national level with a network second to none. Vestera will leverage that experience and network to create a new land investing opportunity for every level of investor. We couldn't be more excited to offer this to our existing clients, and are looking forward to bringing new customers into the land investing world, where we have been able to meet both financial and lifestyle client objectives for decades.
